“TRAVELLING WITH THE NERAIDA: A GAME ON BOARD”
What is the story of the "Neraida"? To which parts of Greece did her passengers travel? What stories do her objects and crew hide? How has she managed to stay afloat to this day?
The programme includes a series of activities carried out in the museum by qualified museum pedagogues. During the programme, children have the opportunity to explore the historic ship of the Saronic Gulf, learn about aspects of Greek shipping and ferrying of the 20th century and familiriase themselves with topics such as voyaging and sea, ships and navigation, communication and transportation, people and memories.
The educational programme is aimed at groups of primary school students, as well as individual participation of children up to 11 years old.
